Hey there! So today I’ve got a long sit down video where I really talk in detail about what it’s been like to lose weight in a healthy way as someone who has struggled with eating disorders for most of her life. It’s been a LONG journey for me to get to this point, but I feel like right now I have the healthiest relationship with food (by far) than I’ve ever had.
In this video I talk about things that are working for me right now, things I’ve learned through many years of therapy, and common sense things I wish I had been able to understand earlier.
This video isn’t about sharing tips and tricks or things I think anyone else should do. It’s simply me sharing my story and what I’m doing right now. I think this alone is worthwhile because listening to other people simply share their stories and insights has been helpful for me.
When I started writing down notes for this video I realized I have a lot of things I want to say, so I am thinking about doing a video like this once per week.
