Helloooooo Wednesday! Today I’ve got a new vlog for you – a day in the life video from yesterday!
I’ve decided I’m going to do Vlogmas this year – it’s a YouTube thing where you vlog every day or every other day leading up to Christmas/the end of December. I haven’t decided which schedule I’m going to try to keep up with, but I do have a few fun things planned for December including:
- Meeting up with Megan and Ali for Best Damn Race Cape Coral
- Spending a week in NYC
- Running the Jingle Bell Jog
- New Years!
- Training for my half marathon PR in February
- Plank a day challenge
Hopefully I can keep things interesting for you 🙂 .
I think I mentioned it the other day, but this is a down week for me training wise. I’m letting myself rest up and getting my mind right for the start of my next training cycle which will begin this coming Monday!
Last week I tried Pilates for the first time and I’ll be going to another class today. I’m not yet sure how long I’m going to continue with it. I don’t find it to be equal or better than weight lifting, and my schedule is way too full to keep up with running 30+ miles per week, lifting twice a week and then adding Pilates on top. For right now it’s something different and interesting though.
I don’t think I’ve mentioned it yet, but Adam and I are heading out of town this weekend for a little pre-holiday fun! We’re heading over to the west coast of Florida for a couple of days.
Speaking of Adam, guess what tomorrow is? Our 11 year anniversary! I’m so lucky that I’ve been able to spend the last eleven years with the person who was literally made for me. It’s pretty incredible that out of the billions of people on the planet we were able to find each other. I don’t think I believe in the concept of soul mates, but if there is such a thing he’s definitely mine! <3
I’m looking forward to this weekend with Adam and to eventually kicking off Vlogmas!
