Hey there! Over the weekend I did something that I honestly did not think was possible. I deadlifted 275lbs.
Getting to 265lbs was actually somewhat easy. If you watch the vlog you’ll see I even have a smile on my face when I lift 265. Adding that 10 extra pounds felt like 100 extra pounds though.
Adam said he could tell as I approached the bar for 275lbs that my mental game was off. He said instead of walking right up and lifting I hesitated a lot and even readjusted my stance.
Ah well, I cannot complain or feel badly about this one. I deadlifted 275lbs!!!! New goal is 300 :). I’m starting a new lifting workout routine that should help me get there. More details on that later this week!
