Dessert! (Another non-running post, sorry!)

Yesterday I didn’t run. I also ate TWO desserts.

I had hot chocolate frozen yogurt + peanut butter sauce + waffle cone thingy during my lunch break:

Then after work I headed up to Boca Raton to see my grad school girls and celebrate Peta-Gaye’s birthday!! We ate at Brewzzi and I had my second dessert of the day:

This picture does not do the dessert justice. It was a giant chocolate chip cookie thing topped with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and caramel.

Afterwards Bre shared these words of wisdom with us all:

She’s a teacher so dropping knowledge like this is just part of who she is. I’d say she’s pretty wise!

Yesterday was FUN but today I will go back to running and eating (mostly) healthy.

    How come rest days always bring on the need to eat lots of sweets? I’m glad I’m not alone in that!
