First, I just have to tell you that yesterday was my 9 YEAR dating anniversary with Adam!
Since it was on a week night we just went out to a local italian place for dinner and then watched our favorite shows (aka The Mindy Project and Tosh.0).
No gym time even though it kind of would be appropriate for us to work out on our anniversary since that is something we like to do together : )
Next, I have to say to the one person who found my blog by Googling this:
I am sorry and I understand. But I think the best thing to do is to explore lots of different cross training opportunities until you find one you like!
My running coach wasn’t able to run for almost a year after having some hamstring surgeries and she discovered a love for cycling! In January she is going to start training for her first triathlon! I am so excited for her! I bet she will end up doing an Iron Man someday : )
Right now it is 5:33pm (eastern time). Yes, this is a LATE post for me, but guess what? Tonight I am actually very much going for a run! My ankle feels good and it is go-time!
I am about 1 and 1/2 hours away from being back down at my beach running along the waves. BLISS!
I will report back tomorrow and hopefully I will be sharing good news about being reunited with running!
