Honest Thoughts: Weight Loss Update

Hey there! Soooooooooo omg I am tired while writing this. I’m running on less than 3.5 hours of sleep but I haven’t done a weight loss update in a while and I have been meaning too but keep putting it off. I explain why in the vlog (it’s not bad… it’s actually good):

    If your running skirts are too big then that must be where the weight is coming off! You might not be noticing it as much because you see yourself everyday so it is just a tiny change each day. Keep up the great work!

    Your face is so pretty! It is not too chubby, but I know I am the same way, I hate the double chin I have grown now…I hate posting pictures when I can see it. lol I am sure stuff is shifting around some too now that you are back to running, I think you look great the way you are πŸ™‚ It does feel good when you clothes start fitting a bit looser , I could use a dose of that. I still go up and down, but mostly up.

      You are too kind! I hate the double chin too but I also feel like it’s part of who I am and I should just embrace it (for now)! lol

      You are right, getting back to running has helped I am sure!
