Hey there! Can I just tell you how much of a good weekend I had? On Friday Cecil came home and on Sunday I met my goal of squatting 200lbs!

Cecil was really happy to see me at the animal hospital, but he let me know how unhappy he was about the experience during the ride home by staring at me and yelling his head off. It took him a couple of hours but he calmed down and now life is back to normal :).
I’m thankful for that because I don’t know how I’d get any work done without my favorite assistant sitting happily by my side.
As for squatting… I am honestly really happy with the progress I’ve made over the last month+. Getting to 200lbs was always my goal back in the day, so it feels really good to have finally accomplished it!
You gotta watch the vlog to see my two reps!!! If you want to skip the other stuff, squatting starts at the 7:50 mark. But if you fast forward to that you’ll miss seeing Adam deadlift over 300lbs :).
