Hey there! I hope your week is off to a great start. I finally edited the vlog with Barbs and have it ready to share. You gotta stick around to the end for B’s best blooper ever :).

    YES Barbs should start a blog! Her blooper is hilarious! Dare I say those vegan chicken tenders look good but what is in them!? This is the spin video Paul uses: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOpbiP3mkJ0 and I think they have a lot more. There are all sorts of free ones on Youtube!

    I’m looking forward to seeing a review of the spin bike. We have a trainer for our bikes, but I think it’s a pain to put my bike on it – and that doesn’t allow Alan and I to easily switch our bikes back and forth depending on who wants to use it. A spin bike would be an easy solution for that issue! I know you can get the bikes for less, wondering what features are worth spending more money on.

      Hmm yeah I’m not totally sure! I just went for an inexpensive one with good reviews. Megan had recommended a similar one to the one I bought to me (that she and Paul have) but it was sold out. Amazon recommended the one I ended up buying as an alternative. You can change the resistance and see your basic speed stats and things. I don’t think I would need much more since I’m just using it for cross training. I did see you can buy a clip on thing for your iPad to add a screen which might be cool – the clip was only like $20. The only problem is I don’t have an iPad anymore so I would have to buy one of those making the whole thing considerably more expensive haha!

    I’ve been reading for awhile, but this is my first comment! I use an app called Aaptiv. I love having a trainer in my ear telling me what to do and pushing me out of my comfort zone. The music may not always be my fave and sometimes I have to modify. There is one trainer who does Runs with just Britney! I have to admit I haven’t done a spin class on the app because I prefer going to them but I’ve tried plenty of other classes. It isn’t free but definitely worth checking out! 😀
