Can I just say, Cecil is the cutest! I guess as his mom I am allowed to say that. I don’t know if he’s the best at sleeping, but he’s pretty good at it. I’m very proud of him.
Cecil is the king of the house, but last night I added quite a few new pets to the fam.
Running seriously comes in handy when you’re training Pokemon. I’m hatching eggs left and right!
It was really, really warm out per usual.
Lately my routine has been to walk in the house after a run and immediately make a mango-pineapple-banana smoothie with a splash of coconut water. During my drive home it’s ALL I think about!
In my opinion there just isn’t a better smoothie combination around. Mmmmmm!!!
TODAY B arrives into town for the weekend and TOMORROW we go see 98*, O-Town, Dream and Ryan Cabrerra! Talk about a throwback concert.
I’ve been listening to all of their popular songs this week in preparation for the concert. “The Hardest Thing” is arguably 98* most popular single. At the time that it came out I guess I never really thought about what the song meant — but it’s totally about how hard it is to say goodbye to your side piece after you’ve decided that you better start being faithful to your significant other. WTF, I’m pretty sure I thought it was a nice, romantic ballad back in the day!
I wonder what other song meanings just totally flew right over my head?!?
Do you remember the song It Wasn’t Me by Shaggy? The meaning didn’t go over my head, but I remember listening to this song in the car with my parents and thinking it was no big deal to sing along!
Also, how ironic that Shaggy’s follow up single to It Wasn’t Me was Angel! Just some things to think about on a Friday! ?
Hope you have a great weekend!
Have you gone to any throwback concerts?!
What is your favorite song/artist from the late 90s/early 2000s?
