Hey there! I’ve got a new vlog today with A LOT of thoughts about my running progression so far, how I’m feeling about the 5K later this month and everything else.
Also, I went for (and got) a new one rep bench press max! Bench is my hardest lift and the one I most want to avoid each week, but it’s time to start chipping away at some upper body lifting goals.
Right now I feel like my fitness is really well balanced and I’m liking that A LOT. It’s nice to do something different every day; I never feel bored, and more importantly I always feel challenged.
