My BIG (and Only) Running Goal!

Hey there! Since it’s been just over a year since I had bilateral fasciotomiesĀ  to correct exertional compartment syndrome I thought it would be a good time to share what my current running goals are because they have changed. In fact I pretty much have only one BIG running goal now!

In today’s video I talk about my scary/exciting running goal and why my goals have changed over time. It’s okay to evolve your goals right? Sometimes I feel like I gotta tick off one goal before I move on to the next or I’m a failure but then other times I know that’s not true.

    2:45 sounds like a great specific and realistic goal for you for half-marathon. You’ve run a half-mary before, so you know you have the endurance, now it is just working on increasing the pace (slowly).
