My Full Leg Day Workout

Hey there! I hope you had a great weekend. Our a/c went out in the middle of the night on Friday, so that’s how my weekend started BUT Adam and I still made the most of it!

Despite the overwhelming heat we got in a GREAT leg day workout on Sunday and filmed the whole thing. I think I did five or six different exercises in total for the day so there is lots of variety!

If you’d like to see more workout videos like this let me know because I had fun filming it. Plus, knowing I was on camera I made sure to pay extra attention to my form so it was good for me :).

    Your AC is out and you are wearing a long sleeve shirt for you workout…girl, you are crazy! It was fun to see your full leg day. How long would that routine usually take?

      I KNOW! I would have worn something else but everything else was in the wash. I should have done laundry on Saturday but with the a/c out I didn’t want to run the dryer. I was afraid it would make the house extra hot. Luckily the top is SUPER light. It’s actually somewhat see through if you see it up close!

      Oh, and I would say a routine like that takes about 50-60 minutes if I am trying to breeze through it, but when Adam and I work out together we have to rotate on-and-off so it takes a bit longer (maybe close to 90 mins).
