Hey there! Hope you had a great weekend :). I think I slept 40 of the 48 hours which was exactly what I needed. I got horrible sleep last week and pretty much had a constant dull headache because of it. I feel AMAZING now!

This week I’m going to talk about how the last two weeks were stressful for me and how I got through them without emotional eating (mostly). I might also talk a little about the link between emotional eating and emotional shopping, I’m not sure yet as I think it could be a stand alone topic for sure.
