Right now I’m super high on the awesome win the HEAT pulled out over the Cavs! We may not be going to the finals this year, but man do I love those guys!
I’m also super high on the fact that I got to go running outside yesterday!
(I could never leave Fort Lauderdale… BEACH LIFE FOR LIFE!)
Last week while I was waiting for my Garmin replacement I tried to use the Strava app to record my runs, but twice if failed to record anything. I guess my phone really doesn’t like Strava. Since I’m all about the data, I ended up doing the majority of my runs on the treadmill. Bleh.
The good news is my new Garmin is finally here!!!! Reunited and it feels so good!
I don’t know why the pic looks so dark, the sun wasn’t down yet when I finished my run. I think it might have been dense tree coverage!
I’m just glad to be running after work in the daylight again! It’s nice to see the world :).
My shin is feeling really good after last week’s soreness. I ended up not doing a long run last weekend and I think the extra day of rest really helped out. Or at least that’s what I am telling myself so I don’t feel bad about skipping my long run! Life happens, right? Right!
