I can’t believe it’s Thursday already! Last night I went to a birthday painting class for my friend Aislinn and on the drive home I convinced myself it was only Tuesday. I love a week that goes by fast!
The other day I said I would share the new strength training plan that I’m going to start following. Adam’s been following this plan for years and swears by it. I’m looking forward to giving it a try.

You can download the spreadsheet for yourself here. You can start this plan no matter what level you’re at with weightlifting as long as you want to use weights and want to increase the amount of weight you lift.
