Which sneakers do you wear for running?
I started out with Nike Lunar Glides which I really liked. They took me from Couch to 5K and I made a lot of memories in them; however, when they were ready to retire I went down to my local running store and got fitted. That day I came home with Dyads by Brooks. They are one of the only types of running shoe that has balancing pods on the bottom that help people whose feet tend to roll sideways while they run (a problem I have).
I can definitely tell that they are helping my foot to not roll; however, they feel bulky and heavy on my foot. I’m not in love with them, but I am glad that they are helping to train my foot to not roll.
