Hey there! Hope your week is off to a great start. Yesterday was a busy Monday work-wise, but I was able to get in a decent run too.
My legs felt trashed from deadlifting on Sunday, but you gotta run on the days you don’t feel like it to see improvement. Or something like that.
My current fitness hero is Cori. She squats and deadlifts pretty much the same as me, except she is also currently training for Boston on top of that! She recently wrote about what it’s like to balance lifting and running and how some days can feel brutal. I’m in awe, but I’ve been in awe of Cori since high school :).
