They Stole My Identity!

Hey there! How’s your week going? So far so good over here … except for identity theft. Apparently ALL of my information was found on “the dark web.” That sounds so ominous doesn’t it?

Tomorrow I’ll be combining a daily vlog with my September running review. It was a good month for me. I started making the summary of the pros / cons of the month and there are so many pros!

Don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel if you’re not already subscribed. I was at 110 subscribers and then someone left and I’m down to 109 now πŸ™ haha

See you tomorrow!

Oh wow, that is so crazy about the identify theft. Sorry, that sucks! I have been getting emails with an old password of mine in it, but it’s a password that I still use. I googled the threat, and it’s something that has been going around – and I’m certainly not going to be sending a bunch of money to anyone! – but still, time to change a bunch of logins for me! I hope yours gets resolved. It’s a major inconvenience for sure πŸ™

SO annoying! I have been reading up on identity theft too and the whole thing is so sophisticated now. Thieves steal your identity and then wait a couple months before actually trying to do anything with the information hoping that you won’t notice. Like in my case they opened a credit card under my name but didn’t make any purchases in the first month, but according to some sites I read if I hadn’t noticed that a new card had shown up, they would have noted that I don’t have credit monitoring and then opened a bunch of accounts in my name over time and then eventually used them all. So crazy!
