Didn’t get to run yesterday. During the afternoon I did some ankle stretches and they caused a little bit of pain (actual pain) which tells me the ankle is definitely not ready yet.
I guess that’s okay because I surprisingly enjoyed the stationary bike last night. Like a lot! Got a good workout in doing some intervals which I’ve never really done on the stat. bike before.
Before the gym one rude thing that happened is that Adam accused me of eating “all the brownies.”
If “all the brownies” = one brownie + a big crumb than I am guilty. Take me to jail.
To earn forgiveness for eating “all the brownies” I went to Adam’s fave Mexican place for dinner last night – Zona Fresca.
I love that at Zona they don’t put lettuce or tomato in the tacos. They keep it simple with just the good stuff: steak and onions.
I added some guac, pico and a little bit of brown rice to kick it up a notch, although I could have been happy with just the steak and onions : )
(Side note: Ali I think you are right, no cheese must be a thing!)
Tonight … I will run? Fingers crossed that it finally happens!
Do you do intervals on the stationary bike or just ride at the same intensity the whole time?
