Thursday: Rest day (knee still sore)

Friday: Rest day (sciatica)

Saturday: Rest day (sciatica)

Sunday: Rest day (sciatia) – my 27th birthday!

August 5th – 11th

Monday: Elliptical 20 mins, upper body weights, plank (50 seconds)

Tuesday: 45 minutes running (distance unknown)

Wednesday: Rest day

Thursday: 3 miles running

Friday: 3 miles running

Saturday: walking

Sunday: 5.5 miles running

August 12th – 18th

Monday: 1/2 mile walk on treadmill, squats, pull downs, bent over rows, curls, plank

Tuesday: 4 miles running

Wednesday: 3 miles running

Thursday: 4 miles running

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 6 miles running

Sunday: 30 mins stationary bike

August 19th – 25th

Monday: 3 miles running

Tuesday: 4 miles running

Wednesday: Rest day

Thursday: 6.5 miles running

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: Rest day (traveling)

Sunday: Rest day (traveling)
