June 2013: Weekly Workouts

June 1st – 2nd

Saturday: 2.11 miles running

Sunday: 5K stationary bike, 1 mile treadmill walking @ 10 include, 1/2 mile treadmill jogging

June 3rd – 9th

This is the week I was on Allure of the Seas. 

Monday: 1 mile treadmill walk, dumbbell squats, pull downs, bent over rows

Tuesday: 2 miles on the jogging track, 5K on the stationary bike

Wednesday: 5K stationary bike, 1 mile treadmill walk

Thursday: 2 miles running on the treadmill

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 3 miles on the treadmill

Sunday: 4 miles stationary bike, 1 mile walking @ 10 incline

June 10th – 16th

Monday: Deadlifting, bent over rows, pull downs, shoulder workout

Tuesday: 2 miles running

Wednesday: Rest day – was sore and tired

Thursday: 2 miles running

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 2.5 mile run

Sunday: swim workout

June 17th – 23rd

Monday: 5K stationary bike, squats, pull downs, etc.

Tuesday: 2.5 miles running

Wednesday: 4 miles stationary bike, 1 mile treadmill walk @ 10 incline

Thursday: 2 miles running

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 4 miles running

Sunday: 7 miles stationary bike

June 24th – 30th

Monday: Rest day, was tired.

Tuesday: 2 mile run

Wednesday: 2 mile run

Thursday: 1.2 mile run (stomachache cut run short)

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 4 mile run

Sunday: 7 mile stationary bike
