September 1-8th

Sunday: Rest day (traveling)

Monday: Rest day (traveling)

Tuesday: 2 miles running

Wednesday: 5 miles running

Thursday: 2 miles running

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 7 miles running

Sunday: Lots of stretching; right hip and achilles feeling tight/sore

September 9-15th

*3 day in a row XT due to achilles tightness

Monday: 40 minutes stationary bike

Tuesday: 2 miles walking @ incline 4.0%

Wednesday: 5 miles running

Thursday: 2 miles running (a/c was out in gym – SO HOT)

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 7.5 miles running

Sunday: 2 miles running

September 16 – 22nd

Monday: Rest day

Tuesday: 3.5 miles running

Wednesday: 2 miles running (achilles pain, cut short)

Thursday: 4 miles running

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 8 miles running

Sunday: 2 miles running

September 23-29th

Monday: weightlifting, stationary bike, 1/2 mile @ 10% incline on treadmill

Tuesday: 3.5 miles running

Wednesday: 5 miles running

Thursday: 3.5 miles running

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 9 miles running
