What I Eat in a Day!

Hey there! Sorry I missed a blog post yesterday, but I did put up a new video yesterday explaining why I ended up in urgent care and also talking about an exciting work thing I have coming up soon. You can watch that video HERE :).

Today I’ve got a “What I Eat in a Day” vlog to share. I looove watching What I Eat in a Day vlogs so I thought I’d jump into the mix. I’m so nosy but I know I can’t be the only one!

Watching the video back I wish I had eaten a bit more fruit and veg but it was honestly such a busy day for me. Even though I didn’t leave the house my day was non-stop and I’m just glad I didn’t eat a pizza at the end of the day. Not that there is anything wrong with eating pizza, I definitely like to do that every once in a while, but I am trying not to stress eat junk food anymore!

Making better choices helped me lose 10lbs last month and I hope that the trend of being healthier continues this month and for the rest of my life.

    Did you eat the eggs and toast? Is that all you had for the day? I feel like a monster, I eat so much everyday! I haven’t had pho in a long time, I should go have some this weekend!!

    I have oatmeal, yogurt and coffee for breakfast at work, sometimes at home. But on weekends I like to have pancakes or French toast for breakfast.

    Every day I eat oatmeal made with blueberries and I top with flaxseed meal and yogurt! I love this breakfast. I also snack on hummus and veggies every day and always make sure I have some peanut butter! I never get sick of these foods. Way to go on losing 10 pounds. Fabulous!
