Today I’ve got a “What I Eat in a Day” vlog to share. I looove watching What I Eat in a Day vlogs so I thought I’d jump into the mix. I’m so nosy but I know I can’t be the only one!
Watching the video back I wish I had eaten a bit more fruit and veg but it was honestly such a busy day for me. Even though I didn’t leave the house my day was non-stop and I’m just glad I didn’t eat a pizza at the end of the day. Not that there is anything wrong with eating pizza, I definitely like to do that every once in a while, but I am trying not to stress eat junk food anymore!
Making better choices helped me lose 10lbs last month and I hope that the trend of being healthier continues this month and for the rest of my life.
