What I Eat to Lose Weight: For Lunch

Today I’m sharing what I eat for lunch when I take myself out to lunch and want something that’s healthy and good for weight loss! It’s a short video, only about 3 minutes :).

I’ll be honest I’m still an emotional eater. The last few days I’ve gotten my eating back on track, but for a few weeks when work was really crazy I wasn’t eating the way I would want to be. I would skip lunch or order in for dinner because I was working so late, etc. Luckily I didn’t gain any weight; I maintained which is good. But I would like to be better about eating more intuitively or at least not skipping meals when I’m stressed/budy. Ideally, I’ll just eat when hungry and make the best choices I can at that moment.

Let’s all just be grateful I didn’t go off the rails and binge every day!
