Hey there! This is just another quick update to say hello :). I’m still fighting off the cold I caught last week, but I got in a decent 2-mile run @ a moderate pace and my lungs felt good so I feel confident that by Sunday’s relay race I’ll be ready to go. I’m making a big effort to stay hydrated and get in lots of fruits and veggies to keep my body moving in the right direction.
Smoothie: Almond milk, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, apple, banana and spinach.
Work is starting to slightly ease up. Last night I only worked until 6pm and I took a full hour long lunch break. It’s not idea to work until 6 but it’s better than working until 9. I definitely have Thanksgiving break within my sights and am considering taking a couple extra days off later this month. I just have to see how the rest of this week goes before I can plan any time off.
I’m also revamping my YouTube channel. I unlisted all my videos which means if you go to my YouTube channel it will look blank. All of the videos are still accessible as long as you have a link or watch them from where they are embedded here on my blog. I decided to do that because I haven’t been happy with the quality of the videos. Moving forward I’m hoping the videos will be more about quality than quantity. There will probably only be two videos a week, but I’ll be trying to update my Insta stories more throughout the day since I won’t be daily vlogging. Follow me @KristinaRunning!
