Holy guacamole! Today is an exciting day because I’ve partnered with XShadyside to give my favorite people (aka everyone who reads here?) a chance to win a $25 Dicks Sporting Goods gift card to buy new workout gear!
You can enter by leaving any blog post comment below (I’d love to know what you think you might buy with the gift card). You can earn an additional entry by following me on Instagram @KristinaRunning!
I’ll be picking a winner on December 22nd and the winner will receive an e-gift card that can be used on the Dicks Sporting Goods website or in-store.
I’m sure you’re wondering, who is XShadyside? They are an all-inclusive, family owned, boutique gym in Pennsylvania offering everything a person needs to get in shape, including kickboxing classes in Pittsburgh! If you live in the area, be sure to check them out!
I wish I could go to XShadyside, but at least I got to spend last night at my favorite place doing my favorite thing (beach + running).
After almost a week of no running it sure felt great to stretch my legs. It was hot and suuuuuuper humid out, but I enjoyed every second of it anyway.
Now that I’m wearing the SKINS active compression socks during each run I seem to be having zero calf issues. I guess I’ve become a believer in compression wear. It only took me four years to come around on it :).
I mentioned in my runner gift guide last week that I am loving my zippered FlipBelt. It’s so nice to not have to struggle to fit it into the tiny opening of my original FlipBelt. If you have a big phone (I have the iPhone 6S+) you’ll love it.
If you’ve had trouble with the FlipBelt staying put on your hips instead of floating up to your natural waistline I suggest ordering up a size. That’s what I did with this one and it’s helped a lot.
I hope you’re having a great week so far!
Be sure to leave a comment below to enter yourself into the giveaway for the gift card to Dicks Sporting Goods. You can comment anything: what you would buy, how your day is going, how you chose your pet’s name – it all counts!
